I have gone to this place for TOO LONG! They charge you way more than other vets in the area for the exact same thing and are rude! A friend of mine had their pet stay there over a weekend and I went to check on her. She had a large puddle of urine in the middle of floor for lord knows how long and her water bowl was bone dry. I will never take my pet back and neither will my friend. I would hate to see your loved pet be mistreated or you be overcharged to the tune of $50-$80 more than you should every visit.

Several years ago my Schnauzer, Gracie Jo was very ill and Dr.Carey said she had to stay the entire weekend but he assured me they would take good care of her, but he was not on call on Sunday so someone would check her and give me a call. Well on Sunday morning at about 8:15 I get a call from Dr. Carey telling me she was very much improved. He also said he just had to go in and check her himself as he knew how much I loved her, He spent several minutes with me on the phone.I have seen most of the doctors but Dr. Bradley is my primary Vet and all of my animals love her. My latest Schnauzer loves to go to the animal hospital and when she realizes where she is she gets so excited wanting to go in. Mary is her groomer and she as well and I love her very much, she has been grooming Mollyann since her first grooming. All in all I have found each and every employee knowledgable and very caring for each and every animal that comes through the doors. I would never go anywhere else. I am sold on the Blue Springs Animal Hospital & Pet Resort.
