I talked to them on thur. 11/12 and again on fri. 11/13 to get a quote on tires for my daughters car. I told them I would be in sat. 11/14 and asked what there hours were for that day. I drove 65 miles on sat. 11/14 only to be told that they were closed to redue the floor in the waiting area. They were also rude to me when I asked why they did not tell me this when I told them I would be in on sat. I then asked if there was anywhere colse by for tires and got no response. Not all lost sevral blocks away is OK Tires where they have great prices and are friendly and customer oriented. Looks like it was a good thing Dob's tire was so inconsiderate.

We have been taking our vehicles to Dob's for years. We have always received honest and friendly service. Unlike other places, they do not push or sell products or warranties that we do not need. We would not buy tires from anyone else.

I do not normally post but I feel very strongly about this company. I have used Dobbs Tire in Blue Springs for 15 years as well. In fact, I drive well out of my way, 32 miles, passing several other tire shops, to get there. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, are all words I have used to describe their work and work ethic. I have recomended them to friends, family, co-workers, my employer, my pastor, my youth minister, people at Wal-Mart, in fact everyone I run into that needs tires or general auto work. They have gone the extra mile in finding mechanics/garages that do the work they cannot do and hold those they recommend accountable for their work. Not the least expensive, do you really want to go cheap on tires and auto repair, but very reasonable and fair. Do yourself and family a favor and use Dobbs.
